Can a consumer place an individual order?

No, we do not fill individual orders for consumers. We sell only to gift shops. However, we can let you know the gift shops in your area that we work with and whether they carry or will be carrying the item you are looking for.

How fast can I get my order?

We work in a timely manner. Most orders are shipped expeditiously. However, custom orders can take up to two months. Contact us for more information about your order.

When is the best time to place an order?

We fill orders all year long.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We customize cups, buckets. umbrellas, ponchos, plush toys, tattoos, glassware, emblems, patches, gift shop bags, and shirts.

Do you sell animal cookies and other food service items?

Yes. We sell animal cookies, lollipops, souvenir cups and buckets, and water bottle carriers.

Do you carry “theme” products?

Yes. We have products for themes such as wildlife, sea life, aquatic, reptiles, butterflies, African, Asian, North American, Australian, and farm animals.
